How it works
Toast is a help-yourself thing, it’s not hosted
It’s available every day from 10am, last entry 7pm. Under 16s must be accompanied, no under 10s
Private group sessions, one-and-half hours, £40 for up four people.
Important - you need to come and turn it on yourself an hour before your booked slot if Toast is cold, or less if it’s already warm - check here ->
Turn the twisty dial on the right to number 3. Perhaps go for a walk on the moor or have a dip in Loch Garten and come back a little later
You can watch the temperature going up here -> so you know when Toast is ready
Open community sessions, £10 per seat for up to one-and-half hours, on Monday and Friday afternoons. No need to turn it on yourself, it’ll be ready
Pop up to Head | Space Nethy. Walk or cycle if you like, otherwise park next to the sauna. Bring a towel to go under your bum
