A one hour private session is £40 for up four people. Click here to pay

Have a quick shower at home first please, pop up to Head | Space Nethy, park next to the sauna. Bring a towel to go under your bum
Turn the heater on with the twisty dial. It’ll take up to an hour to heat up, so perhaps go for a walk on the moor or have a dip in Loch Garten and come back a little later
